This position is responsible for Screen Printing Press Operations which include set up and install of screens with squeegee. Registering material to press and quality assurance. Operator daily preventative maintenance as required. Responsible to produce high quality silk screen metal press.
Reviews and completes specs from job tickets and layouts for accuracy
Sets up and adjusts press to meet job specifications
Inspects product for quality during job runs
Monitors equipment during job runs, remaining alert for mechanical problems
Follow approval procedures
Maintain a clean & neat work environment
Press clean up
Notify manager of mechanical problems immediately
Complete required production quality inspections
Track job time in Computer as required
Adheres to safety guidelines and keeps workspace clean and organized
Performs other duties as assigned
ISO program compliance and support
Other duties/projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent desired
On the Job Training
3-5 Years Manufacturing, Small Machine, Silk Screen Press Experience Preferred
Ability to work overtime when needed
Problem Solving Skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow through on all tasks/meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and deadline
