Junior Business Analyst

Must be eighteen years of age

Ability to work unsupervised.
Time management skills.
Problem solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Navision or BC.
Managing data and manipulating data.
Superior analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing information and datasets with accuracy.
Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML. Visual Basic, Python and other coding languages a plus.
Ability to write reports in a number of formats; Excel, Power BI and Access. Jet reports and Jira reporting are a plus.
Knowledge in creating external data connections, such as API, FTP, AS2, VAN, SSIS are a plus.
Understanding of System/Network/Web Security.
Presentations/Power Points/Leading Meetings.
Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities
Provide reporting support for operations and other departments.
Address IT issues submitted through ticketing system.
SQL database maintenance and support.
Business Central support, troubleshooting, data migration and deployment.
Assist in documenting new and existing business processes.
Developing, executing and managing project plans.
Utilize Power Platform and all components to improve business processes.
Assist in updating system data by providing analysis and importing data.
Identifying system improvements and enhancing user experience.
Assist in maintaining system security and providing support as needed.
End to end system expert on all business systems.
ISO program compliance and support
Take responsibility for the safety of self and others at all times
Observe and act in accordance with all applicable laws & regulations & company policies
Other duties/projects as assigned
IT experience a plus (1-3 years)
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Job Experience
