Position Purpose

As a Project Manager, you will play an integral role within the Product Management team, responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating Labelmaster projects.

Essential Functions

  • Ensuring quality results and implementing project management excellence with every project

  • Validating all projects and making sure all customer and regulatory requirements are met

  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts related to project management processes by evaluating and leveraging the organization’s capabilities and resources.

Experience/Skills

  • 8-10+ years Project Management Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Microsoft Business Central or other similar ERP and CRM systems

Skills and Attributes We’re Looking For:

  • Prioritizing and efficiently managing projects to meet strategic company objectives

  • Identifying and understanding project goals, needs, and scope

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining project plans, conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigations strategies, and performing cost- benefit analysis

  • Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are tracked and completed within the project timeline

  • Documenting each step of the process using various project management tools and artifacts

  • Managing all resources necessary for the execution of the project

  • Fostering effective communication with cross-functional team members and stakeholders

  • Anticipating and strategically eliminating barriers
